Short Statement: There is a decrease of -6,236,954 burden hours due to a decrease in firms that are subject to COOL and would need to establish a record collection system. Since the information collection requirement for the COOL regulations was part of the initial rule, established firms should not have any additional burden hours due to establishing a system record keeping system.
