This survey is being sent to all commercial fishing vessels that operated with a West Coast limited entry groundfish fixed gear permit during 2012. You may respond to this voluntary survey through an in-person interview, telephone interview, mail (using the enclosed seslf-addressed stamped envelope), or on-line questionnaire.
