HANDLER STATEMENT FOR WASHINGTON-OREGON FRESH PRUNES
Handlers of Washington-Oregon fresh prunes, as defined by Marketing Order No. 924, are required to submit this statement,
along with all assessments due, to the Washington-Oregon Fresh Prune Marketing Committee by September 15 of each year.
Washington-Oregon fresh prunes include all varieties of plums classified botanically as Prunus domestica, grown in the
production area, except those of the President variety (see §§ 924.4 and 924.5 of the Marketing Order).
