We are reporting a change due to an adjustment which is a net decrease in the hour burden of the ICR budget of 1,400 hours, and $24,510 in cost burden from the most recently approved ICR. Based on the number of current contracts, approximately 182 districts are required to submit summary forms. This total decreased by 28 districts. This is consistent with our expectations based on the numbers of districts that in the last two years either (a) were legislatively exempted or (b) voluntarily completed requirements in order to be exempt from the acreage limitation provisions of Federal reclamation law.
