The current annual reporting burden for the Call Report is estimated to be 183,660 hours and would increase to 185,904 hours. The average estimated hours per response for Call Report filers would increase from 55.52 hours to 55.66 hours due to the proposed changes. The Federal Reserve anticipates that given the reporting thresholds that apply to the proposed revisions, the smallest institutions are not likely to be affected by the proposed changes.
