Justification of Non-substantial changes to Collection 3060-0773
The Commission is submitting this non-substantial change request submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) because the Commission inadvertently submitted the incorrect version of the supporting statement to OMB for approval on October 31, 2012. The correct version of the supporting statement is now being submitted to OMB for review and approval.
