No material or nonsubstantive change to a currently
approved collection (1014-0004)
This submission requests a program change. As of October 14, 2010, an Interim Final Rule (1010-AD68) became effective immediately (75 FR 63346). One collection of information associated with the rule (1014-0014, expiration May, 31, 2014) consists of 4,669 burden hours. Also, as of August 22, 2012, a Direct Final Rule (1014-AA02) became effective October 22, 2012 (77 FR 5086). One collection of information associated with the rule (1014-0020, expiration August 31, 2015) consists of 311 burdens hours for a combined total of 4,980 hours. Both of these rules came about as a result of the Deepwater Horizon event. BSEE is, therefore, consolidating the combined burden hours from both of these rules into the primary collection for 30 CFR 250, subpart E, OMB Control Number 1014-0004 (expiration January 1, 2014). After OMB approves all the consolidations associated with these rulemakings, BSEE will discontinue 1014-0014 and 1014-0020, respectively.
