ensure that Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) follow sound financial
practices and that federal funds are used for eligible expenditures
in their operating budget which must be approved by the PHA's Board
of Commissioners. PHAs use the information as a financial summary
and analysis of immediate and long-term operating programs and
plans to provide control over operations and achieve
objectives.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
