empty, the associated Acreage Claim, "P21" and
Inventory Value Claim, "P22" records will be
rejected.
A P56 Record must be accepted for the AIP and
Adjuster SSN before a Disbursement Detail, "P21"
or Acreage Claim, "P22" Record will be accepted.
A P56 Record must be accepted for the AIP and
Adjuster ID before a Conflict of Interest, "P51"
record will be accepted.
Fields 23, COI Questionnaire Completion Date
thru 36, COI Question 11 Response Flag must be
identical for all P56 records reported for an AIP
and Adjuster SSN.
When COI Response Carryover Flag equals "Y",
