accepted for each business key combination.
Only one Insurance Agent, "P55" record will be
accepted for each physical key combination.
For the Insurance Agent, "P55" record to be
accepted the, Insurance Agent Agency "P55A" and
the Insurance Agent Servicing State "P55B"
records must be accepted in the batch.
When the State Abbreviation field on the
Insurance Agent Agency, "P55A" record equals the
Servicing State Code on the Insurance Agent
Servicing State, "P55B" the record will be used in
the resident listing. When the state Abbreviation
on the Insurance Agent Agency, "P55A" does not
equal the Servicing State Code on the Insurance
Agent Servicing State,"P55B", the record will be
used for the non-resident listing.

An Insurance Agent, "P55" record, must be
accepted before an Acreage, "P11" record, or
Inventory Value, "P13" record, or Insurance In
Force, "P14" record, will be accepted.
An Insurance Agent, "P55" record, should be
reported to the RMA for Licensed and/or Certified
Agents who are actively participating in the
delivery of FCIC approved products. All other, nonqualifying Insurance Agent, "P55" records, will be
deleted.
An Insurance Agent "P55" record, must be
accepted before a Conflict of Interest "P51"
record containing the associated AIP Insurance
Agent Key will be accepted.
When the Insurance Agent COI Response
Carryover Flag equals Yes, "Y", COI Question
Response (1 - 11) Flag must contain the previous
year's response.
When the COI Questionnaire Completion Date is
empty, the associated Acreage, "P11" and
Inventory Value, "P13" records will be rejected.
The P55 record must be submitted between
07/01/2010 and 02/12/2016.

An accepted Agent, P55 record containing an
Inactive Date not equal to “Null” will have a PASS
Status Code set to “A".
