ERRATA NOTICE

On May 25¹ and August 7², 2012, the Commission issued Notices in Docket No. IC12-14-000 proposing an erroneous annual burden estimate. This Errata corrects errors contained within the data presentation of those burden estimates.

The Commission proposed including Electronic Quarterly Reports (EQR) within the burden upon respondents for FERC-914. However, the Commission accounts for the burden of all EQR filings in FERC-920 (OMB Control No. 1902-0255) including any burden that is imposed upon cogenerators and small power producers (i.e. any EQR burden within FERC-914). To correct the redundant counting of EQR filers, the Commission proposes the removal of the EQR hourly burden from FERC-914 since they are already included within FERC-920.
