The purpose of the proposed
information collection is to better understand the privacy and
security concerns, tradeoffs, and priorities individuals have with
respect to electronic health information exchange. The information
collected will consist of responses to a series of questions that
ask a representative sample of individuals about who should have
access to their health information through electronic health
information exchange and for what purposes they believe their
health information should be electronically exchanged.
