This is a request for approval of new information collection addressing paperwork requirements related to communications research for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS)'s public service advertising campaign on food safety resulting in a program change of 500 burden hours. This request is for approval of the post-wave tracking survey, and is a follow-up to the previously approved benchmark survey request (0583-0150) in 2011.
