Information collection required to evaluate the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission's (OSHRC's) Settlement Part program, codified at 29 C.F.R. § 2200.120, which is designed to encourage settlements on contested citations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and to reduce litigation costs. Participant responses to this survey will be compared to the responses received from the Survey of Participants in OSHRC Settlement Part Program (OMB Control No. 3202-0003, ICR Reference No. 201202-3202-001).
