This information collection is used to
verify which imported goods are entitled to duty-free or reduced
duty treatment under Free Trade Agreements. This includes The U.S.
- Chile Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Singapore Free Trade
Agreement; the U.S.- Australia Free Trade Agreement and the U.S.-
Morocco Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade
Agreement; the U.S.- Peru Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Oman Free
Trade Agreement; and the U.S.- Korea Free Trade Agreement. CBP
proposes to add the U.S.- Columbia Trade Promotion Act to this
ICR.
The increase in the burden
hours is due to the U.S.-Columbia Trade Promotion Act which adds
8,000 burden hours to this ICR.
