NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL FROM CHINA, GERMANY, JAPAN,
KOREA, SWEDEN, AND TAIWAN

This questionnaire must be received by the Commission by no later than October 31, 2013

The information called for in this questionnaire is for use by the United States International Trade
Commission in connection with its countervailing duty investigation concerning nonoriented electrical
steel (“NOES”) from China Korea, and Taiwan and its antidumping investigations concerning NOES
from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-506-508 and 731-TA-12381243 (Preliminary)). The information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the authority of
the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII.
