III-22. Please discuss the likelihood of future large-scale U.S., Russian, or any other country production
and sales of LEU product blended-down from highly enriched uranium, including both uranium
from existing inventories and/or new production, and identify any technical and/or commercial
roadblocks to such production/sales. In addition, discuss any possible changes in the domestic
French uranium industry that might be expected to result from such production/sales, especially
the impact on your domestic producers/facilities that produce uranium concentrates, natural UF6,
