The purpose of the contract is to conduct a campaign to reach adult Latino patients and caregivers, including those with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) in order to: 1.Examine attitudes toward, and experience with discrimination in health care. 2. Increase patient awareness of what constitutes discrimination in health care. 3. Inform patients of what they should do and whom they should contact should they ever experience discrimination in health care. 4. Study effective ways to lessen discrimination against Latinos by health care providers.
