Extension without change of a currently approved collection
This request establishes a new
information collection requirement. DoD is amending DFARS to add a
contract clause requiring contractors to respond to initial and
final determinations of deficiencies in the contractor's business
systems. This request addresses information required to respond to
deficiencies in a contractor's property management system. The
requirement of the rule will apply to entities contractually
required to maintain a property management system.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
