This is in response to a comment received on the Federal Register, tracking number 81003dc9 for document VA-2012-VACO-0001-00092. The comment received is not related to the Longitudinal Study Survey. The Longitudinal Study Survey makes no changes to Post-9/11 GI Bill transferability policy as the transferability policy is a Department of Defense policy. Consequently, no changes to the Longitudinal Study Survey are necessary based on the comment received. The submitter has been referred to Department of Defense to address his concerns regarding Post-9/11 GI Bill transferability policy.
