Peace Corps policy makes it necessary to review your eligibility for employment as it relates to our intelligence policy. This policy requires total separation of the Peace Corps from intelligence activities, both in reality and in appearance. Any semblance of a connection will compromise the Peace Corps' ability to maintain trust and confidence in our host countries.
This policy applies to any applicant who has engaged in intelligence activities or related work, has been employed by or connected with such activity, or have family members who have been so employed. The results of the review may find you fully eligible for employment, may bar you from employment for a specific time period, or limit your employment to certain parts of the world.
