The RSA-2 collects expenditure and
service data from state vocational rehabilitation agencies under
Title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, for the
Rehabilitation Services Administration to manage, administer, and
evaluate vocational rehabilitation programs.
There is a program change
decrease of -9 total burden hours, the RSA-2 decreased burden by
eliminating two schedules and replacing with seven data elements;
with the replacement of these seven data elements for the two
schedule sections, there is a decrease of burden on the
respondent.
