There is an increase of 185 burden hours. Part of the increase (75 hours) is attributed to a change in the per response time for the Grant Agreement (AMS-33)to allow more time to read the additional detailed award terms and conditions on responsibly accounting for Federal funds prior to signing. The remaining increase of 110 burden hours to collect the Request for Grant Amendment. AMS anticipates that all State departments of agriculture will submit a request for a grant amendment twice.
