The numbers of burden hours and
associated costs have changed principally as a result of a revised
estimate of 59 direct loans in the program portfolio, an increase
from the previous estimate of 50 direct loans. Also, as a result of
the current rate of information collection, the estimated number of
borrower visits has decreased from 100 to 57, and the estimated
number of financial statements has increased from 40 to 57.
