The U.S. Institute undertook a revision of the Roster application to improve the current system. The goals of the revision are: (1) to improve the Roster search functions, (2) to make the application process more streamlined for Roster applicants, and (3) to improve the content of Roster member profiles so that referral information is more informative to users. These changes resulted in an increase in burden. Details of the changes are described in the Supporting Statement.
