Supplementary Documents:
A new version of the document containing an overview of CPS sample design and
methodology was uploaded (title: “Overview of CPS Sample Design and
Methodology“).
The document was included in the original ICR submission, and the content is exactly the
same. The only difference is the title of the document. (It originally included the label
“Appendix H,” but after subsequent documents were added, it is now referenced in
Supporting Statement B as “Appendix K.”)

Supporting Statement A:
Links to publications involving analysisof the SPPA by geography are included in
Supporting Statement A (2nd footnote, page 2).

Additions to the Information Collection (IC) List:
Pilot Study Instruments: The instruments that will be used for the pilot study, including
demographic questions were uploaded and the burden hours were adjusted appropriately
to reflect the 300 respondents for the pilot studies (no net change in burden hours).
