Justification for Change
Manufacturers have the option to voluntarily submit business brand identification information to the CPSC. The submission of this information will help the agency better identify businesses from the reports of harm that we receive. Manufacturers also have the option to identify themselves as small batch manufacturers. The supporting statement and burden estimates have been updated to include these two forms.
