NASA will utilize this Web-based application form and instructions for 11nth and 12th grade high school students to download, complete and mail to a NASA Center to be considered for a summer internship. Students are required to submit an application package consisting of an application form, a personal essay describing career goals, a parent/guardian permission form for parents to sign approving the child's participation, and a teacher recommendation form.
Requesting brief extension to resolve issues surrounding multiple versions of parental consent forms in various Education programs.
