The Coast Guard estimates that the average burden per response for this report varies per information collection—about 15 minutes for Vital System Survey recordkeeping and Maneuvering and Vessel Status recordkeeping; 30 minutes for Under-Keel Clearance recordkeeping; 2 hours to develop/review Bridge Resource Management procedures, 2 hours for to develop/review Vessel Specific Watch Policy; and up to 16 hours for an Enhanced Survey records.
