The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is improving the Highly Migratory Species (HMS)
tournament registration and reporting process and wants your feedback! Please take a
moment to complete the survey below. Use the “Comments” boxes for any additional
explanation or suggestions regarding the answers you select. Completion of this survey is
optional and answers to these questions are anonymous. Any identifying information obtained
