Certain local exchange carriers are
required annually to submit Tariff Review Plan in partial
fulfillment of cost support material required by 47 CFR Part 61.
The information used by FCC and the public to determine the
justness and reasonableness of rates, terms and conditions in
tariffs as required by Communications Act of 1934, as
amended.
The Commission is reporting an
increase in the total annual burden hours of 1,733 hours. This
adjustment increase is due to an incease in the number of
respondents, and increase in the number of respondents filing
separately. The total number of respondents has increased by 45 -
from 47 to 92 which is a result of the number of price cap carriers
as well as an increase in the number of respondents filing
separately. The annual estimated time per response decreased from
61 hours per response to 50 hours per response. This decrease is
due to the belief that carriers are familiar with preparing and
filing TRPs and therefore can accomplish the necessary tasks in
less time.
