As a result of the proposed amendments, the total time burden for preparing and filing Schedule 14A would decrease by 9 hours to a new annual time burden of 703,627 hours. The current approved aggregate annual cost burden for Schedule 14A is $84,204,277. The proposed amendments would reduce the cost burden by a total of $1200, for a new aggregate annual total of $84,203,077.
