The Commission is seeking
approval for a delegated extension (no change in the reporting
requirement). The Commission is reporting a 4 hour increase
adjustment in the total annual burden which is due to a re-estimate
of the estimated time per response for item 12a in the supporting
statement. In 2008 the Commission estimated 3 minutes per response
and with this submission we are increasing that estimate to 15
minutes per response.
