Short Statement: The increase in burden is due to the expansion of the Cattle on Feed sample to include operations with fewer than 1,000 head. Operations with fewer than 1,000 head account for approximately 18% of the total cattle on feed. This non-substantive change will help to strengthen our survey estimates.
