We estimate that Form ADV-NR will receive two additional annual responses due to the Dodd-Frank Act's amendments to the Advisers Act and the new requirement that exempt reporting advisers file amended Form ADV-NR. This will result in an increase in the total burden hours for all respondents from an estimated 18 hours per year to an estimated 20 hours per year.
