This collection of information is
necessary for a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation of the
Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program during the
Program Years 2009, 2010 and 2011 when the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)funding totaled $5 billion. During
this time period, the program expects approximately 600,000 homes
to be weatherized. The evaluation will examine program operations,
energy savings, non-energy impacts, and customer satisfaction.
Respondents include states, local weatherization agencies,
utilities, occupants of low-income homes, and weatherization
workers.
