The information called for in this questionnaire is for use by the United States International Trade Commission in
connection with its countervailing and antidumping duty investigation(s) concerning circular welded carbon-quality steel
pipe (“circular welded pipe”) from India, Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-482-485 and
731-TA-1191-1194 (Preliminary)). The information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the authority of the
Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and failure to reply as directed can result in a subpoena or other
