PURPOSE:

Customer Satisfaction survey in order to gain feedback from attendees of the 2011 IT Summit. The feedback will be used to plan future Summits (however, due to funding, it could be that this is the last Summit).

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Attendees of the IT Summit will include civil servants and contractors from NASA and other federal agencies. Members of academia and private industry will also be in attendance.
