This is a second request for a non-material or non-substance change concerning this information collection due to the total burden being incorrectly listed in the OMB inventory as 56,789 hours instead of the correct 56,787 hours. FRA is requesting a prompt change to the FRA OMB inventory so that it can then quicky transmit the regular renewal submission for this information collection. Thanks!
