ERRATA NOTICE

(November 24, 2010)

On July 13, 2010, the Commission issued a Notice in Docket No. IC10-919-000 to solicit public comment on extending the expiration of an information collection. On November 12, 2010, the Commission issued a Notice in Docket No. IC10-919-001 regarding its submission of information collections to the Office of Management and Budget for review of information collection requirements. This Errata corrects errors originating in the July 13 notice and carried into the November 12 notice.

On page 8, in the table, the number of respondents filing annually under quarterly land acquisition reports should be changed from 40 to 400 and the total annual hours for quarterly land acquisition reports should be changed from 160 to 1600.

Also in the table on page 8, the number of respondents filing annually under appendix B addition to change in status reports should be changed from 400 to 40 and the total annual hours for appendix B addition to change in status reports from 400 to 40.

Due to the above transposition error in the table on page 8, the Total in the last column of the table should be changed from 42,270 to 43,350 hours. Due to the above error, the first sentence in the paragraph following the table on page 8 should read:

The total estimated annual cost burden to respondents is $2,873,479 (43,350 hours/2080 hours¹ per year, times $137,874 ²).

On page 14, in the table, the number of respondents filing annually under quarterly land acquisition reports should be changed from 40 to 400, and the total annual hours for quarterly land acquisition reports should be changed from 160 to 1600.

Due to the above transposition error in the table on page 14, the Total in the last column of the table should be changed from 60,190 to 61,630 hours. Due to the above error, the first sentence in the paragraph following the table on page 14 should read:

The total estimated annual cost burden to respondents is $4,910,419 [((38,750+18,500+2500³)/2,080⁴ hours per year, times $166, 602) + ((280⁵+1600)/2080 hours per year, times $137,874) = $4,910,419].

The corrected figures will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review in the Commission’s supporting statement.
