Within the rule and supporting statement, it stated that upon OMB approval the collection will be merged into 0560-0236.
As a result of the merger the number of respondent increased by 274, the number of responses increased by 296 and the number of burden hours increased by 306.
The new total burden for this collection is 63,495.
