This is a request for a new information collection requirement concerning the Office of Management and Budget OMB Control Number 9000-00XX, FAR Case 2011-001 (Proposed Rule), Organizational Conflicts of Interest and Contractor Access to Non-public Information. While the formal information collection request relating to organizational conflicts of interest request is new, the information requirement has existed for many years. It is only now being formalized because of the creation of standard contract clauses and provisions in this FAR case. The information collection requirement also relates to contractor access to information.
