octane rating method and making other miscellaneous revisions. The
Commission declines to issue final ethanol labeling amendments at
this time.
The incremental recordkeeping
and disclosure requirements of these regulation amendments will
affect an estimated 130 retailers of Mid-Level Ethanol blends.
