Website usability testing is the basis of these two sub-studies and is a main component of the full Generic submission put forward by Gordon Willis and re-approved by OMB in April, 2011 (OMB No. 0925-0589).

The “Gen IC Forms” for these requests highlight the abstract for each and is included in this submission.

The key to understanding the attachments and files in ICRAS/ROCIS is as listed below.

• Attachment 2C (Survey) and 2D (Facilitator Guide)

Notes to OMB: The affected public consists of both “Individuals,” “Federal, State and Local Government,” and the “Private Sector” for sub-study #2. For the purposes of ICRAS/ROCIS, the affected public will be marked as “Individuals.”
