The Division of Loan
Repayment is proposing to conduct a follow-up survey of Loan
Repayment Program (LRP) participants who went through our program
from 2004-present. It is anticipated that 1,800 subjects will
complete the survey online, and potential subjects will be chosen in
order to represent the heterogeneity of demographic characteristics
of our LRP participants. The survey will ask participants about
their career status and experiences in the LRP. Information from
the survey will be used to help us improve and refine our
interactions with, and responsiveness to, our customers; refocus the
strategies that are used to accomplish our objectives; and identify
areas in need of improvement and enhancement.
