The FAA/AST collects and shares
lessons learned throughout the commercial space and amateur rocket
communities to ensure the continued safety and successful outcome
of launch activities. This voluntary collection of lessons learned
facilitates the sharing of knowledge learned from past experiences
and allows AST to meet our public safety goals without creating a
regulatory burden.
