#7 - On page 47, a question asks if the applicant has “any specialized skills or training, including firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience” – but this wording is slightly awkward. The phrase “specialized skills or training” has very broad usage in everyday language and is typically not confined to the particular subset of skills and training mentioned here. Please consider rewording to something more like this: “Do you have any specialized skills or training in firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, chemical, or other similar areas?”

#8 - On the bottom of page seven of the application a PRA statement estimates the response burden to be 75 minutes per response, but a separate statement on page 116 estimates the response burden at 30 minutes per response. Please reconcile these statements and describe how the average response time was determined.
