Revisions to Part 704 of NCUA's Rules
and Regulations related to corporate credit union capital,
investments, asset-liability management, governance and credit
union service organization activities.
NCUA has determined that
capital and PCA aspects of the new rule revisions either modify
existing or create new information collection requirements. Based
on submitted comments related to the original proposed rule, NCUA
eliminated some of the proposed testing requirements and also
reduced the number of executives subject to compensation
disclosure. These requirements and the burdens associated with them
are explained in detail in questions #12 and #13 of the supporting
statement.
