Public Law 103-160 authorized the Department of Transportation to convey to public entities, surplus and excess Federal real and related personal property needed for development or operation of a port facility. The requested information is required to evaluate the need for the property. Compliance data is required on a yearly basis to determine that conveyed property is being used in accordance with the terms of the conveyance.
