This collection seeks a no material and non-substantive change to an already approved generic collection with the addition of performance measurement pre program & post program surveys for ECA program participants, as well as several surveys relating to the Sports & Culture Evaluation.

Each survey with the exception of the Evaluation surveys uses questions entirely from the pre-approved Question Bank. Due to the nature of this new evaluation (Sports & Culture), which was developed after the creation of the Question Bank, questions did not already exist within that database necessary to collect all of the data required. Therefore, new questions were created because of the specific nature of this evaluation. This new set of questions for approval has been compiled and submitted in a separate document.

The total burden for this survey is 1,531 hours, which will be deducted from the generic collection current total (7,866) resulting in a new total of 6,335 hours, while 3,513 respondents will be deducted from the generic collection current total (15,623) resulting in a new total of 12,110 respondents.
